- Isa has a little obsession for Alejandro. Now she needs to go see him to convince him to finish the book he has to commit to write. But that’s not easy. After going almost blind he’s not the nicest person around. Can Isa help hem, not just finishing the book but also by bringing some light in his life again or will he keep pushing her out of his life? In between writing and kissing and some ‘fighting’ their connection grows, till what result?
This a really enjoyable story in this fun series. Love the gadgets in this book, specially Reina.
I received this book from the author and provide voluntarily this honest review. - This story really held my interest. Isa has had a not quite obsession with the artist Alejandro Diaz since she first saw his work at an exhibition in college. She talks her company into signing a book deal with him. But he has been avoiding them completely. She goes to Spain to seek him out and has to force her way into meeting him. Alejandro and Isa both have to navigate many personal obstacles in order to accept each other to achieve their HEA. I like all Jewel Allen’s books. The very small glimpse of the characters in the next book has me really looking forward to it.
I received a free arc in exchange for an honest review. - Alejandro is an amazing artist and Isabella who works for her publisher father heads to Spain to make Alejandro live up to his deal to publish his life story. She meets an angry bitter man who tries to renege on his deal. What she doesn't realize is he is going blind. He is impressed with her tenaciousnes and decides to give her a chance. A romance blooms but he wants her to stay and she wants to finish the project which means going back to the US. This could drive a wedge that can end their love. I received a complimentary copy and I am voluntarily reviewing.
- This was another cute story that I really enjoyed reading. Lots of toe-curling kissing, but the author keeps it clean. I loved the reason behind Alejandro's beastly behavior, which was definitely believable. The ending was fantastic, but I'll admit when I got to the epilogue, it kinda threw me off. It's a definite lead-in to a different story with different characters, but I kinda just wanted to hang on to happy, mushy feelings from the previous chapter. Overall, fun book to read!
- A enjoyable well written romance. This sweet storyline is a romantic read as Alejandro and Isabella navigate many personal obstacles while she tries to get him to write his life story. The characters are realistic, believable, with hot chemistry. A great ending with the epilogue leading into the next in the series. I honestly and voluntarily reviewed this standalone ARC.

- I really enjoyed this book. Isa had a very warm and compassionate heart, but she wasn't a pushover. Alejandro could be moody, but he always apologizes and tries to do better. I love all Jewell's books. Wonderful author with great depth in her characters and locations.
- I can’t imagine what it would be like to be going blind but this romantic story shows how love and hate affect vision in more ways than one. Jewel Allen has another great story!
