Milano, oggi.

In the next “devilish page-turner” (People) from New York Times bestselling author J.A. Jance, Ali Reynolds learns that no good deed goes unpunished.

More than ten years after the abrupt end of her high-profile broadcasting career, Ali Reynolds has made a good life for herself in her hometown of Sedona, Arizona. She has a new house, a new husband, and a flourishing cybersecurity company called High Noon Enterprises, where her team of veritable technological wizards hunts down criminals one case at a time.

But the death of an old friend brings Ali back to the last story she ever reported a feel-good human interest piece about a young man in need of a kidney to save his life, which quickly spiraled into a medical mismanagement scandal that landed a prestigious local doctor in prison for murder.

Years may have passed, but Dr. Edward Gilchrist has not forgotten those responsible for his downfall—certainly not Ali Reynolds, who exposed his dirty deeds to the world. Life without parole won’t stop him from getting his revenge. Tattooed on his arm are the initials of those who put him behind bars, and he won’t stop until every person on that Annihilation List is dead.

In this gripping suspense novel from the New York Times bestselling author praised for her “inimitable, take-no-prisoners style” (Kirkus Reviews), Ali Reynolds and her team race against the clock to stop this ruthless killer—before her own name is crossed out for good.

The A List Ali Reynolds Series Book 14 edition by JA Jance Mystery Thriller Suspense eBooks Reviews

  • I see I’m going against the majority here but IMO this is the worst Ali Reynolds book Jance has written. Just seemed disjointed and difficult to read.
  • This is the most recent book in J.A. Jance's Ali Reynolds series.
Dr. Edward Gilcrist is a fertility doctor in the Los Angeles area. He has photo album and biographical sketches of the men whose sperm he ha stored. That way potential recepient can choose the donor they think has the most potential or would make the best match. When th child of one of the donors develops kidney disease and needs a transplant, his mothr goes to Dr. Gilchrist in hopes to contact the donor. She is told that those records were "accidentally" destroyed when coverting to a computer database. Frustrated, angry and desperate she tuns to Ali Reynolds who at the time is an anchor on a Los Angeles are television station. Ali feels sorry for the woman and agrees to conduct an on air interview with the woman and her son. In time, not one, but several half siblings turn up. Dr. Gilchrist is arrested and sent to prison. He makes a "kill list" of all the people who "wronged" him and are responsible for being at Folsom Prison. Using the help of another inmate and his mother, he arranges for each of thee women to die in "accidents". Ali Reynolds oi his last t target.
  • I have read all of J. A. Janice’s books and this one was very disappointing. The first part of the book dragged. I knew it was to set up the Progeny Project for the last part of the book but the book dragged, and I almost gave up but then the second part got “a little” bit better. Hopefully the next book will be better!
  • I have enjoyed previous Ali Reynolds books, but this one disappointed. I found myself skimming pages filled with repetition, minor characters’ superfluous details, and descriptions of previous books’ plots. This book is largely about a convict’s revenge plot, and most of the first half of the book is devoted to his plans and targets. Ali is one of the potential victims, but she is largely absent from these segments. The second half involves Ali more - after her firm’s Artificial Intelligence program puts together all the clues and figures out what is happening. The fact that there was never really a mystery, combined with the plot device that has an anthropomorphic AI do all the sleuthing and reasoning, makes me think this book belongs more in the Science Fiction category than Mystery.
  • I've been a fan forever and this book is great. Ms.jance is one of my favorite writers, my only wish is that she writes faster. This book captured my interest and kept it all the way through. She never does filler pages, which I detest. (I really don't care what is on the shelves of stores, nor do I care for background on characters that mean nothing). Her endings are always perfect as I also don't like to be left with questions. In all of her series I would advise to start at the beginning, she doesn't disappoint, plus it helps to know the characters beginning. A definite must read!!!
  • I always enjoy reading the Ali Reynolds stories. The past 2 have not been my favourite, because I felt like Frigg was too easy a way to get around the rules, but she's growing on me. This book was an easy read, and I look forward to the next book, whichever series it is in. I would read books with Crystal Manning as the protagonist too , she is an interesting character.
  • I read this book.in one setting. I thought the whole con pet was believable. Hannah is a very complicated woman. She reminded me of my own grandmother. Ali was good. Her security assistant Shay not so much. I miss Leland a lot and hope he will be back. Thank you Ms. Jance
  • Another great book by a great author. The only think bad about her books is that I read the whole thing in one day.

Ruffage A Practical Guide to Vegetables edition by Abra Berens Lucy Engelman Francis Lam EE Berger Cookbooks Food Wine eBooks Reviews

  • Ruffage is the type of the book that inspires you to join a CSA and fantasize about the fabulous vegetables-only dinner party that will delight your nutrient starved guests. The personal anecdotes sprinkled throughout make portions of the book read more like a novel you can’t put down and convince you that Abra would be the most charming guest at your aforementioned dinner party. I’ve only had the book for a few days but, so far, the reality has lived up to the fantasy. Immediately upon receiving the book I spent time flipping through, reading the comments, enjoying the pictures and flagging recipes (even though there was little more than half an onion and some aging carrot sticks in the house). When I got to the end of the book, I couldn’t stop myself from going to the farmers market and picking out a few things, already feeling three times more knowledgeable than I was before. The first recipe I tried was the “beet-dressed pasta” on page 87. The recipe was easy to follow and the end result was fabulous, even from an amateur chef like me! My husband who “doesn’t like beets or raisins” had seconds and thirds. I’ve tried a few other recipes with similar ease and success! This book is a must-buy for anyone looking to eat a little healthier and get more in touch with the local growing cycle. The book even provides tips for growing your own vegetables from seeds or scraps. BUY THIS BOOK!
  • Finally! An excellent vegetable-focused book that encourages me to add cheese, meat and butter – all the things that make this omnivore happy to eat a vegetable-plus diet.

Thanks to Ruffage, when I make a trip to the market, I’m confident that the veggies I bring home will not languish in the fridge. Tips on how to store veggies help me prioritize what gets cooked immediately and what can hold out for a few days. All the variations and illustrations make it so easy for me to find a quick, weeknight recipe or a more time-consuming main dish, depending on what I’m in the mood to cook.

I’ve already dog-eared tons of recipes – can’t wait for the right seasons! Cauliflower brown butter puree might be my new secret weapon. That one I’ll be cooking year round.
  • This book contains some decent vegetable recipes. But it’s not a great cook book, and it surely does not deserve a five-star rating. This four-star rating is closer to a 3.5…… Those of you familiar with Abra Berens and her Michigan connections will have a different opinion, I know. After all, she does have a very personable style and—even if just browsing through her writing—you’ll find her to be a likable person. In fact, just from reading this book, I’d go out of my way to meet her.

Maybe my view of this book is affected by my—call it “inclination”—to take a simpler route with my vegetables. (Without consciously thinking about it, I’ve moved in the same direction that Deborah Madison reflects on in her 2017 book “In My Kitchen”.) Except for a few simple and glorious recipes in this book (think braised radishes and braised celery, for examples), the content seems heavy on extra flavors and ingredients. Maybe that’s just the type of recipes you’re looking for? But for me, all that extra stuff listed in her “Variations” masks, rather than highlights the primary vegetable.

Reading the information presented on this product page I can’t agree with all of it If you are an avid fan of vegetable cook books, you will be disappointed to find that this IS a “typical” cookbook, that Berens’ collection of techniques are NOT NEW, (especially if you are familiar with Joshua McFadden’s fabulous 2017 “Six Seasons” and Madison’s books, (and plenty others)), this Ruffage book DOES NOT result in “new flavors”. These days, “new flavors” come from knowledge of and versatility in use of spices and herbs. This book relies on well-known herbs available in American gardens. (If you are looking for new flavors, definitely check out “Season” by up-and-coming Nik Sharma (A Brown Table), and maybe the more obscure Josef Centeno of Baco. Those chefs will provide you with real eye-openers that this book by Berens cannot compete with.)

A word about all the variations Here is the good news There are a LOT of them. They take about 80+ main recipes and grow the book to the 300 claimed on this product page. They are significant and almost quadruple the value of this book. And the technique of using variations does save a lot of space. But here is the bad news All these variations are presented/written in such a way that I find them fairly difficult to absorb, and difficult to imagine. And more bad news There are no pictures of the variations—these variations that represent more than three-quarters of the book’s content.

And more bad news for all you picture-loving cook book readers out there Relatively speaking, there are not all that many pictures of completed dishes. Sure, you will probably be able to count 140 photos as claimed, but beware that a good amount of those are not of finished dishes. Besides that, the photos are not necessarily full page, and the photography is by no means spectacular.

But, hey. If you are appreciative of line drawings, the many, many in this book are quite nice, exceptional, even.

This book is not without mistakes, contradictions and ambiguity……Take, for example, the lovely and simple braised celery recipe I mentioned above Good thing I read and re-read the entire recipe a few times. In the first mention of the head of celery, the instruction is to remove the root end. The second mention is to retain the root end. Referring to the picture for guidance, I see each stalk lined up separately. There are enough contradictions in the book that, after a while, I began to take them in stride—but then, I’m a known tinkerer and conjurer with recipes, so this type of issue doesn’t affect me like it would someone who needs to follow a recipe exactly. This example—to leave the root end or not—is not a biggie, but it boils down to a matter of trust. You gotta’ be able to trust the recipes!

Regarding the recipe choices Here’s a for instance I had two beautiful bunches of carrots that I wanted to use over the recent Easter weekend. I went to this book looking for a recipe or at least inspiration—and came away empty-handed. The two basic recipes/recipe techniques were not at all what I was looking for. I did not want another oven roasted apricot jam carrot recipe, and I did not want a raw carrot salad with yogurt, raisins and pistachios. (For almost two decades I’ve paired my raw carrots and raisins with a roasted peanut oil and vinegar mix, per the Jamason’s in one of their old cook books.) And, in my opinion there is too much yogurt and goat cheese in this Ruffage book…..

I had beautiful green beans, too. Two recipes producing somewhat blackened string beans, (Pan-roasted-blistered and grilled-charred), did not fit with the rest of my springtime menu, and neither did a dull braised recipe with lentils and onions. I struck out again. So, as I worked with this book, I came to the conclusion that this is not a real useful book for me. And I won’t be making room on my library shelves for it.

*I received a copy of this book from the publisher.

Master Sergeant William Cornett (United States Air Force) became yet another countless victim of the Department of Defense (DoD) noncombat health care system in the fall of 2013. His death was the direct result of unqualified people practicing medicine. Upon entering his provider’s names through the National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry, it was noticed the individuals that signed their credentials as doctors were actually licensed as a student and a general practice dentist.
In the twenty-first century, the DoD is abusing the casualty provisions put in place by President Abraham Lincoln to “care for him who shall have borne the battle, his widow, and orphan” to justify the most egregious medical disabilities and deaths of active duty service personnel and their families (Lincoln 1865). Military health care as currently provided by the DoD is driven by the Feres Doctrine, an antiquated law dating back to 1950. This law guarantees three items, including (1) the destruction of the integrity of military service families, (2) the inability of the military to be at its very best when defending the national and international interests of the United States, and (3) the continued abuse of casualty provisions with no accountability for this agency as it polices itself.
It is long overdue to bring the DoD noncombat health care system into the twenty-first century. This includes ensuring all noncombat health care is administered by board-certified medical providers practicing within the scope of their practice and following the same EBP standards as their civilian counterparts. Although this type of health care is already mandated by the DOD Manual 6025.13, the standards are not being followed.
Bringing the DoD health care system into the twenty-first century and amending the Feres Doctrine to apply only to combat health care is necessary (1) to protect the integrity of military service families, (2) to ensure the military will be at its best when defending the interests of this great nation, and (3) to provide a checks and balances system with accountability and oversight for an agency that is failing those that signed to defend our cherished freedoms!

"Just got my copy of the book and am excited to try out the recipes. I ordered this book because I want to incorporate more plants into meals.

I love the the book is broken up by season - that will make shopping, budgeting, and planning the meals so much easier me. I think I am going to try the spring Peas, Mushroom & Canbagr Slaw Bowl first.

I also really like th size of this book.

As a newbie to plant based bowls I'm glad that the book provides tips, how to best use the book, and the basics."

Plant Power Bowls 70 Seasonal Vegan Recipes to Boost Energy and Promote Wellness Sapana Chandra 9781632172068 Books Reviews

  • Great informative book for people that do what to eat healthy.
I'm not sure why someone would give this book a single star?? Just mean, if its not your favorite so what, be nice, it does not hurt.
There is good stuff here. I think a lot of people will find the book a good read to learn to eat better
  • So happy that I bought this book! The recipes are a thoughtful, creative and not too difficult. I love that she focuses on vegetables and fruits and that everything is arranged by season. The photos are beautiful. This would make a beautiful gift for anyone. I will be ordering another copy for my best friend who loves to cook!
  • I love plant based cooking books and mostly give them raving reviews but this one went straight back as for me personally it fails in so many ways.

The recipes lack any sort of originality whatsoever - except for ones that baffled me completely and I would never make. Take for example , under the "treat bowl" section the Baked sweet potato which is simply that, topped with nut butter and some raw oats? Raw oats are generally awful and taste like munching on sawdust and nut butter on sweet potato is just too much for me. And coconut chia pudding...this has been done to death!! The basic how to section covers how to boil Quinoa,Rice, Beans and Lentils which if you are that challenged, is usually found on the side of the packet they come in

The editing contains another of my personal pet peeves, recipes that run between several pages, with a picture on one page, the recipe on another, followed by the directions on yet another - this is muddled and at times, confusing. There are also multiple pictures where the picture is cropped in the middle of the dish (Rainbow bowl and weeknight Quinoa bowl) to the point that it looks like a poorly edited school project.

Then there are recipes that simply do not work as suggested. I have several books that have Poke made of Watermelon which use some amazing flavor and marinades to make this work - this book simply has you throw some sesame seeds on top of watermelon and call it a day with a little dressing to finish it off. It also has zero seasoning so as much as a like edamame, radish, and carrot, there is nothing to elevate their taste! Most of the bowls are super simple and again done to death in much more creative ways in many other books.

It's going back for me! It's nothing new, has way too many rice heavy dishes and I will not make these recipes! Maybe, just maybe, if you are new to a plant based diet, and want some very basic starter recipes, then go ahead and check it out, but if you own a few plant based books and want something new, this is not it!
  • I love the way the book is broken down into seasons! It’s helpful for grocery shopping and meal planning- that way I can shop fresh, local and sustainably. The recipes are easy to follow, use a lot of ingredients I already have in my fridge and pantry and are the perfect serving size (great for me and my husband-or pack the leftovers for lunch). The roasted beet and orange bowl has a delicious combination of flavors, perfectly seasoned, a nice balance of sweet and savory and delightfully filling. I get stuck in cooking ruts and prepare the same things over and over again—these recipes are easy enough to follow I can see myself trying new bowls all the time and working them into my routine to spice things up and work new produce into my diet at the same time. Very happy with this book and excited to try all the recipes!

  • While I could easily forego all meats, there's no way I'd ever give up cheese - because what else pairs better with wine?
That said, I am trying to be more mindful about incorporating fruits and vegetables into my daily routine.

What I find most helpful about this book are the simple, friendly recipes and vibrant photos. As someone who doesn't exclusively cook vegetarian or vegan I find the descriptions and instructions so helpful...down to the tools you need to make your bowl. And, of course, a picture to go with the recipe (so that at least I know what my plate could look like - as long as it tastes good, right?). As a regular fan of Blueprint and Freshly, I'm a new fan of Plant Power Bowls.

Perhaps, as an earlier review commented, this book is not for “vegan experts.” As a non-vegan I can't comment. However, the friendly, approachable, and relatable format of this book makes it perfect for anyone who is new to the vegan diet, vegan-curious, or simply looking to eat a little healthier. If you've read or browsed other vegan cookbooks that are pretentious, inundated with veggie-facts, and, frankly, boring ... you will enjoy this book.

If you are non-vegan like me ... you will appreciate the simple deliciousness of the recipes in this book.
  • Love this book!
This is the perfect cookbook for plant based eating. The book takes the stress out of what to eat when. The book is seasonal-ized which takes the leg work out of what to make! Go through this book by the season and easily find all the produce you need at your local grocery store, to keep your body in tune with the seasons.
It’s also a great book for those starting off with a plant based diet. The recipes are so easy to follow and the have a clean fresh approach to combining ingredients.

NIV Study Bible Hardcover Red Letter Edition Zondervan 0025986438920 Books Reviews

  • First, let's deal with a few of the other reviewers' complaints. Some of them are just not legitimate.

This is a STUDY Bible, all right? Study Bibles are too big and heavy to carry to church. They're for study, at home. If you want a Bible for church, buy a slimline or pew Bible, but don't complain about how big and heavy this is. Read the weight before you buy and the number of pages.

Now for the margins. The side margins are a half inch and the top and bottom about 3/8 inch in the large print version. If you think these are two narrow (as some reviewers seem to), it's because this is a large print Bible and they're trying to make it thinner. Wider margins would have required more pages.

Now for the darkness and size of the type. Bibles are printed on thinner paper so they aren't as heavy or as thick as they could be. There's a compromise between the thickness of the paper and show-through. With thinner paper, printers have to decrease the density or darkness of the type, so it doesn't show through to the other side. The type in this Bible is easily readable. There's nothing wrong with it at all. And, the large print is fine for my 62 year old bifocal eyes.

So much for answering others' complaints. The footnotes in this version are helpful and clear. They provide some much-needed explanation and practical application of the text. The only complaint I have is when there's excessive references to other verses or other footnotes. Too much back-and-forth is laziness on the part of editors.

That said, if you love to read and STUDY your Bible, you'll enjoy this one as much as I'm enjoying it. What we want more than anything is to understand what we're reading and be able to apply it to our life. This Bible gets high marks on both counts, thanks to the informative articles and good footnotes.

Five stars because the NIV Study Bible will definitely help you in your desire to get closer to God.
  • Excellent study bible, especially for beginners. Lots of detail, maps and charts.
  • Just received today. It's very nice, very detailed. The leather cover is very nice. Also has a leather second page, or dust cover. The pages are great, not too thin, not too thick. Just right. Plus all the pictures and extra details are great to have. Being this is my first study bible and being new to reading the Bible all together, it's nice to have that extra information. I'm very glad I spent the extra money on this. Great quality.
  • NIV Study Bible, Hardcover, Red Letter - Zondervan -- I am 71 years old and have bought many bibles through the years as well as study aids, such as concordances, study maps, Matthew Henry's Commentary, different versions of the Bible and many more. However, time & many moves has destroyed many of those. I had decided that my last small, handy Bible needed to be replaced. After reading about this Bible (NIV has always been my personal favorite version), I decided to try it. Wow! If I had this Study Bible when I was younger, it would have saved me a lot to time (at the library) & money. Of course, we are always looking for more aids in our quest for learning about God, His Word, and the peoples of the Biblical times. This bible has introductions to each book, some pictures to go with each book, charts, maps, a concordance, footnotes & more. Many of these are right in that particular books, for instance Luke has a chart of the resurrection appearances of Christ, p. 1754, Chapter 24. No turning to back of Bible to find this. Nice! The pluses for this Bible go on and on. The only drawback (for me at my age) is the weight a little over 4 pounds. It appears the publishers have done everything they can to reduce the weight, such as thin - but not too thin - pages. This weight would not have bothered me in my younger days. I highly recommend this hardbound (not leather) Bible! You get an added benefit. You will develop stronger muscles in your arms. )
  • Where do I begin....I absolutely LOVE this bible. I bought it as a replacement to my older Women's NIV study bible, and I could not be happier. I bought the actual hard copy of the book, not the electronic copy (because when it comes to reading the bible I want the physical book). The colorful pages, maps, etc. are just an added bonus to the nice quality of this bible.

Why is it that our current AD 21st century is so similar to the 21st century BC? Is history destined to repeat itself? Will biblical prophecies come true, and if so, when?

It has been more than three decades since Zecharia Sitchin's trailblazing book The 12th Planet brought to life the Sumerian civilization and its record of the Anunnaki - the extraterrestrials who fashioned man and gave mankind civilization and religion. In this new volume, Sitchin shows that the end is anchored in the events of the beginning, and once you learn of this beginning, it is possible to foretell the future.

In The End of Days, a masterwork that required 30 years of additional research, Sitchin presents compelling new evidence that the past is the future - that mankind and its planet Earth are subject to a predetermined cyclical celestial time.

In an age when religious fanaticism and a clash of civilizations raise the specter of a nuclear armageddon, Zecharia Sitchin shatters perceptions and uses history to reveal what is to come at the end of days.

"After reading the Twelfth Planet, I had high expectations for the End of Days. However, most of the book was recycled info from previous books and from the Twelfth Planet. The last few chapters had some interesting comments based on some loosely based info that was no different than Von Dannikens Chariots of the Gods. It seemed like there is a lot of rambling and repeating of the same information throughout. However he does connect many of the unanswered riddles of various historical and religious events, written accounts, and landmarks, monuments, etc., throughtout time. This represents his interpretation and he links together a fairly consistent alternate history of the Earth which is still quite fascinating.Previous religions and written history all point to a cyclical rebirth of Earth.
I highly suggest reading all of Immanuel Velikovsky's works such as Earth in Upheaval, World's in Collison, and Velikovsky Reconsidered. These Books also describe an alternate history that has been proven in Velikovsky Reconsidered, written by various authors, that compared his theories vs. actual events found out later by our space exploration. This books complement Sitchin's books, as well as each other."

  • this is one of the research books for what i am writing about giants DNA, and it is with about 50other books that have so many colored page markers sticking out, they look like they are wearing clown wigs and the markers are of no value since they are on half the pages.

i have all Sitchen's books and i had to reread this one the other day to clarify in my mind about how the deluge and possibly a space moon collision during the circa 10,900 BCE orbit, knocked Nibiru out of wack so it shortened it's orbit 150 years, which is why everyone figuring the end times is wrong. 'all those people waiting for the Anunnaki to come back should read this book so they know that in the most recent orbit which should have come about 160 BCE, arrived early in 556 BCE and almost all the Anunnaki got back on and went away don;t hold your breath waiting for them.
  • Read this.....and....every other book by Sitchin. Be prepared to think outside the box. The sources of information utilized in his series are very widespread worldwide and while the interpretations of those researchers may or may not be totally factual, the general possibilities of Earth's past as stated open a very wide range of actual history that is not broadcast in today's societies.
  • A well written book that combined information from many religions and biblical archeology together to explain what happened in the past. A nice conclusion to his "Earth Chronicles." A book I can highly recommend. Some of the information will be different from what you previously learned. As Loyd Pye said, "everything you know is wrong." This book took this one step further.
  • This book in the author's series is mostly about cosmic timing, about why watching the heavens was so important for ancient people. They were expecting a return of their "gods", from space, and also the return of a great celestial body they called Nibiru, that returns to our solar system from time to time, often causing cataclysms and other huge changes on earth.

Mr. Sitchin has done us all a great service by his dedication to meticulously researching Sumerian tablets and other stories from the middle east, including the Bible. He's a very smart man, just trying to tell the real story as it is written. This is part of his great series about the Earth Chronicles.. The Sumerians tell an incredible story about our origins and the origins of civilization. And, similar stories of "gods" who came from the sky are found all over the world. If you think this is fiction and fantasy, well, long ago it was the news, history. We have to ask ourselves, WHY did so many ancient people tell the same stories, and record them as fact, true history? They are not myths. Try to understand what these people were saying and you'll never look at religion or world history the same. Read his series carefully and take another look at the Bible, epic of Gilgamesh, stories from the far east, China, N. America, S. America, etc. We need to know who we are as humans, and how we were "created".

And while you're reading his books, remember how much dedication the author put in to learn to read these ancient tablets. It took years of painstaking research, travel, etc. Thank you, Mr. Sitchin. Very fascinating information you are providing.
  • There is so much information provided in this book. I can’t believe it’s not more widely advertised (well I can but I digress)! It thoroughly combines religion, spirituality, astrology, archeology, mythology and astronomy all in one. They are alllll related to each other. The answers for many of our unknown questions have been here with us all along.
  • After reading the Twelfth Planet, I had high expectations for the End of Days. However, most of the book was recycled info from previous books and from the Twelfth Planet. The last few chapters had some interesting comments based on some loosely based info that was no different than Von Dannikens Chariots of the Gods. • What else can you say about zecharia sitchin, he's very well researched, he gives more evidence than anyone could hope for, yet he draws the occassional dubunker wannabe who fears having their belief system derailed by ancient evidence, if anything, I have incorporated his books into my study of they bible especially in reguards to the old testament to validate stories given little coverage like the existance of giants and the Anakim (annunaki), its easy to see through his research, that most of these pagen religions still exist today, especially in america and how it is intertwined with christianty and other major religions under their surface, his research should be reguarded as a wake up call for all to pay close attention to the very things they hold most sacred, their belief in God.
the foundation of america and other continents pay tribute to other dieties while on the surface calling them something else, an example would be the statue of liberty, represents Isis in mythology, secret societies always say they represent something heartwarming like freedom, liberty and they are partially right, but how they represent it to the masses is decieving.
for anyone who wants a clue as to whats going on, I recommend this book highly.
